An unforgettable wedding at Sifnos …
Nicoletta and Dimitris chose to tie the knot in the beautiful white island of Sifnos and celebrate their love till morning in a wedding reception and after party at the Lazarou beach.
They were so in love and excited to get married that they had not one, but two religious ceremonies! A traditional band escorted the bride to the church and the sound of guitars and violins accompanied her walk towards the groom. The ceremony took place at the yard of a church overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Daisies and white chrysanthemums dressed the entrance of the church subtly giving an earthy character to the event.
Fresh homemade lemonade and juicy red cherries were offered to the guests to help them cope with the summer heat.
The happy couple arrived at the Lazarou beach by boat and the party started! The reception venue was decorated with daises, white chrysanthemums and baby ’s breath giving a natural romantic tone to the beauty of the place. Hanging lanterns and crystal vases filled with daisies, peonies and lavender made the space dreamy and effortlessly elegant, fitting into this couple’ s Italian style.
The all night fun party on the beach continued with glow sticks and colourful wigs worn by the guests who danced till the sunrise!
