With pure white ceremonies and receptions being the big news this season we were certain that a couple as elegant and sophisticated as Cynthia and Sultan would love to go with an all-white Grecian-chic wedding, and with Mykonos, on their radar, we knew it was going to be simply stunning. No need for a marquee to offset the bright blue skies, as Mykonos’ cubist architecture provided the chicest pasty backdrop for the beautiful bride and groom. Starting off the wedding day preparations on two infinity pool private villas sparkling under the hot Aegean sun, and with the talented team of Sandy and Odysseas Photography ceaselessly shooting these happy and relaxed moments, we were already setting the scene at the couple’s venue, the beautiful 180 Degrees Sunset Lounge. Long trails of white orchids, twined with hydrangea orbs and polo roses for their classic and fresh overall look were invested with twig nests, and natural wood swings, adorned with orchid stems and philodendron leaves, while Kala lilies, stephanotis, ivy, eucalyptus, olive stems, dendrobium, lisianthus and princess spray were incorporated to the textures to render layers of ivories and optical whites. Nothing beats a perfect wedding ceremony welcome so our Grecian attired ushers and cellist greeted the elegant guests initiating the emotive moments that ensued. The bride and groom’s stately wedding dinner at Principote Mykonos bathed in endless candle lights and accents of timber to match the luxury beach venue ambiance with tons of incredible gifts for their loved ones, including made to order fedora hats, signature goody bags and a selection of foodie delights. We loved attending the gorgeous wedding party as this uber mod crowd danced the night away. As for their wedding swing moves? Almost too fun to handle!
